Three-Segment Structure

Interoffice communications take place on many different levels. As such, they can be improved on each of those levels by precisely choosing the appropriate methods. Our most important means of communication is language; therefore our first approach to improving the communicative abilities of your firm’s employees also lies with language. The improvement of linguistic abilities falls under the rubric of our first segment, Segment I – Foreign Languages

The second segment, which builds upon the first, focuses on the correct usage of language. This entails mastery of the accompanying rules for rhetoric, leading discussions, presentation and nonverbal communication. These fields are addressed in Segment II – Seminars on Communicative Strategies and Tools.

Communication is not a goal unto itself; rather, it is a means of reaching certain goals. This is where Segment III – Coaching the Management comes into play. 

Through the addition of a professional advisor, Professor Dr. Gerald Hüther, we hope to further integrate, in addition to linguistic and intercultural aspects of business communications, also psychological and neuroscientific advances into our three-segment concept. It is the goal of our various services to minimize the problems caused by breakdowns in interoffice communications.

 

Description

The majority of people already possess a number of the abilities listed above. As such, we utilize personal talks and analyses to determine which areas of training would be most profitable for each individual. Further, each subfield may be individually booked.

In order to achieve a lasting improvement in communications within a company and minimize internal frictions, it is first necessary to analyze the communicative relationships and abilities of its employees, as well as both their ability to cope with stress and the stress they are currently under. Using the weaknesses and deficiencies which become apparent in the process as a basis, focused promotion and support strategies for individual employee groups can be put forward and agreed upon. Accordingly, each sub-section of each segment may be individually booked.

By means of a parallel coaching for management personnel (Segment III) members of this group, too, are given the opportunity to improve not only their self-regulatory abilities, but also their communicative, strategic and leadership skills. Through the acquisition of well-founded knowledge, they are to be made far more ready to recognize at an early stage communications problems and their accompanying difficulties, as well as to avoid such problems through timely and competent intervention.
