Through individual talks, we assess the current language level of the group or individual participant. Central to this assessment is the ability to speak freely. An evaluation of written skills is considered secondary, and is rarely carried out.

The precise concept for each course is individually prepared on the basis of the assessment.

The primary focus is on the concrete application of the foreign language in the participants’ working lives. It should be noted, however, that different languages present different challenges. Learning English as a foreign language generally requires a less extensive examination of the grammar than is the case with German, for example. At the same time, an explanation of the British or American culture and way of life is often indispensable to successfully learning English.

Essentials of the language (grammar and vocabulary)

An introduction to the British or American way of life, customs and habits

We analyze the participant’s precise language level and in which fields they need to use the language. Further, we assess the individual learning method and determine the intensity of the course.

Each participant receives their own course portfolio, materials on the topics covered in the course, and worksheets!
