Com-unic’s hotline and translation service provides fast and efficient support in
finding the appropriate vocabulary and formulations in English.

Our telephone translators are highly qualified native speakers, and speak fluent German. This means that you can pose your question in German and receive the correct answer in English.

You may also feel free to send your question per email and later go over your mail or document with one of our translators on the phone.

Our hotline is available to you Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Please send any email questions directly to our hotline staff. Please note, however, that they will not send you an email response; you can only receive an answer over the telephone.

Matthew Fentem studied at Western Illinois University and finished in 1995 with a double Bachelor’s degree in the fields of Philosophy and History.
While pursuing a Master’s degree in American History in 1998, he began to develop an interest in the German language and culture.
In the same year he came to Germany as a DAAD exchange student and taught English for over 4 years at Bayreuth University. For the last three years he has worked as a freelance translator.
